Please note that once we have dispatched your order we will not be held responsible for any further delays held by Royal Mail. We will however be happy to look into this if you drop us a message. The indicated time frames have been established by the shipping company and therefore no refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated time frame.
Custom Fees & Import Taxes
Mama & Nugget are not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes. The customer is responsible for these charges. If the customer chooses to refuse these charges, Mama & Nugget reserves the right to charge the customer both depart and return shipment costs along with any additional charges by customs.
Please be sure to check your order carefully and before submitting and double check your order in your confirmation email. If you do spot a mistake, please be sure to contact us immediately and if we have not yet made your order, we will happily change this for you. We cannot accept responsibility for an incorrectly ordered item.
Due to the nature of the business and making items bespoke to each order we only accept exchanges or cancellations before the item has gone into processing as once the fabric has been cut, this is for your order only. If you do have any queries or problems with your order please contact us and we shall do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
As all products are personalised and handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns, unless faulty in which case you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. A replacement will be sent out to you once your returned faulty item is received and checked by us.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages. We advise that any returned packages have a tracking number and that a record of this is kept safe until we confirm that we have received the package and issue a refund, delivery charges will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
